Plastic Surgery AI ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and delete your information when you use our mobile application and our website. Questions: hello@alicantilki.com.
1. Information We Collect
Photos you upload: a front photo and, for some procedures, an optional side-profile photo of your face.
Generated results: the AI-generated images, skin analysis images and scores produced from your photos.
Reports: when you request a Detailed Report, the AI-written text describing your preview (skin, features, questions to ask a professional) and the language it was written in.
Concerns you enter: for some procedures the App asks what bothers you about a feature; your selections and any free text you type are saved with that analysis.
Account data: an anonymous account identifier, your app language, platform (iOS/Android), app version, a device identifier, and a push-notification token if you allow notifications.
Credits and purchases: your credit balance, subscription status and purchase records (payment itself is processed by Apple or Google; we never see your card details).
Usage and diagnostics: how you use the App, and crash and performance data.
Advertising identifier (iOS only): if you allow tracking when asked, your device's advertising identifier is used for ad attribution.
2. Face Data and Photo Processing
Important: By using the App you acknowledge that you voluntarily upload photos of yourself, or of adults who have given you permission, for entertainment and visualization purposes only.
Purpose: photos are used to generate AI previews, skin analyses, scores and reports for you. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
No identification: we do not create or store biometric identifiers, face templates or face-geometry data for the purpose of identifying you or anyone else, and we do not use facial recognition. Your photos are processed only to produce visualizations and descriptive reports.
Where processing happens: photos are transmitted securely to our AI processing provider, Wiro AI, which runs the image models that generate your results. Your photos and generated images are stored there for as long as the analysis exists in your history; when you delete an analysis or your account we delete them from Wiro as well.
No model training: your photos, results and reports are not used to train AI models.
Your responsibility: you are responsible for having the right to upload any photo, including the consent of any other person shown.
3. How We Use Your Information
To generate previews, analyses, scores and reports for you and keep them in your history
To manage your credits, subscriptions and purchases
To keep the App working, fix crashes and improve it
To send you service notifications, if you allow them
To prevent abuse of free credits and fraud
4. Your Account
The App uses an anonymous account: we do not ask for your name, email address or phone number. Your account is tied to your device. If you change or reset your device, your history may no longer be accessible, and we cannot recover it because nothing links it to you personally.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Analyses, images, reports and concerns: kept in your history until you delete them. There is no automatic expiry.
Deleting an analysis: removes it from our database and deletes the related photos and generated images from our AI provider immediately.
Deleting your account: available inside the App. It immediately and permanently deletes your account, your entire history, all photos, images and reports (including copies held by our AI provider), your credits and your authentication record. This cannot be undone.
What remains after account deletion: a single anonymous device record used to prevent abuse of free credits. It contains a device identifier only, no photos, results or personal details. We keep it because it is the only way to stop the same device from claiming free credits repeatedly.
Purchase records: kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.
Diagnostics and analytics: kept by the respective providers for their standard retention periods.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following services to run the App. Each processes data on our behalf under its own privacy terms:
Wiro AI: AI image processing and storage of your photos and generated images for as long as your analyses exist
RevenueCat: subscription and purchase management
Adjust (iOS only): advertising attribution, using the advertising identifier only if you allow tracking
Apple App Store / Google Play: payment processing for in-app purchases
7. Data Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your history is restricted by server-side security rules to your own account, and deletion is performed server-side so that copies held by our AI provider are removed too. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. If a data breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

9. Disclaimer
The App is for entertainment and informational purposes only and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
AI-generated visualizations, scores and reports are synthetic content and do not represent real medical outcomes.
Always consult qualified professionals before making any decision about aesthetic procedures.
We are not responsible for decisions made based on the App's content, and you use the App at your own risk.
10. Children's Privacy
Our app is intended for users 17 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
11. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including where our providers' servers are located. By using the App you consent to such transfers. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.
12. Website
Our website (tryplasticsurgery.com) does not use cookies or analytics. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes in the App and update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
