2. Face Data & Photo Processing

Important: By using this app, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily uploading photos of yourself or others for entertainment and visualization purposes only.

Regarding photos and face data:

Purpose: Photos are used solely to generate AI-powered visual simulations for entertainment purposes. We do NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
No Biometric Storage: We do NOT create, store, or use biometric identifiers or biometric information as defined by applicable laws (including BIPA, GDPR, and CCPA). Face geometry is not extracted, stored, or used for identification purposes.
Automatic Deletion: All uploaded photos and generated images are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 7 days of upload. You may also manually delete your analysis history at any time from within the app.
Third-Party Processing: Photos are transmitted securely to our AI processing partner (Wiro AI) solely for generating visual simulations. Our partner does not retain your photos beyond the processing session.
No Facial Recognition: We do not use facial recognition technology to identify individuals. Photos are processed solely for visual transformation purposes.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any photos, including obtaining consent from any individuals depicted in the photos you upload.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide AI-powered visual simulations for entertainment purposes
To process and manage your credits and subscriptions
To improve our app and user experience
To send important updates about our services

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud) with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Data Retention

Photos & Analysis Results: Automatically deleted within 7 days of creation.
Account Data: Retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
Purchase History: Retained as required for legal and accounting purposes.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, and analytics
RevenueCat: Subscription and purchase management
Wiro AI: AI image processing (does not retain photos beyond processing)
Apple/Google: Payment processing for in-app purchases

Our app is intended for users 17 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. By using our app, you consent to such transfers. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.
