⚠️ IMPORTANT: Plastic Surgery AI is for entertainment and informational purposes only. Every image, score and report in the App is generated by artificial intelligence. The App does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing in it represents a real surgical or cosmetic outcome. Always consult a qualified professional before making any decision about your appearance or health.

1. Who We Are and Acceptance of These Terms

Plastic Surgery AI ("the App") is operated by Alican Tilki ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@alicantilki.com.

By downloading, installing or using the App you enter into a binding agreement with us on these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using it you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement. We may ask you to confirm your age and may suspend accounts we reasonably believe belong to minors.

3. What the App Does

The App uses artificial intelligence to let you explore aesthetic ideas on your own photo. Depending on the version, it offers:

AI-generated previews of face procedures (for example rhinoplasty, jawline, lips, brows, eyelids, facelift, hair) rendered on your uploaded photo, with a before/after comparison
Glow Up — an AI-generated image of your face with visible, realistic improvements to skin, eyes, brows, jawline and lips
A skin analysis image and a facial harmony score
A Detailed Report — an AI-written summary of what a preview shows, which you can export as a PDF
An information library about aesthetic procedures

All of these are simulations produced by AI models for entertainment and general information. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

4. Not Medical Advice — Including the Report

The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, or to replace consultation with a qualified medical professional.
Previews and scores are AI-generated illustrations of an idea. They do not predict, promise or represent real results, which depend on your anatomy, your professional and many factors software cannot see.
The Detailed Report is AI-written text. It is not a diagnosis or an assessment by a professional, it may contain errors or inaccuracies, and it does not replace the opinion of a dermatologist, surgeon or other qualified professional.
Do not make surgical, medical or health decisions based on anything in the App.

5. AI-Generated Content and Transparency

Every image, score and report produced by the App is synthetic content generated by artificial intelligence. It is not a photograph of a real outcome and does not depict a real event.
AI output can be imperfect, inconsistent or inaccurate. We do not warrant that any result is accurate, achievable or free of errors.
You must not present AI-generated content from the App as a genuine photograph, as a real medical result, or in any way intended to mislead or deceive others.

6. Credits, Subscriptions and Payments

Credits. Previews and reports consume credits. Credits are a virtual in-app item with no monetary value; they cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded except where required by law or by the store's policies.
How you get credits. Through an auto-renewing subscription, which adds credits on each renewal, or through a one-time credit pack. Subscription options, durations and prices are shown in the App and on the App Store or Google Play listing before you purchase.
Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal charge is applied to your account within 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
Subscription credits expire. Credits granted by a subscription are valid for that subscription period. When a subscription ends or is cancelled, any unused subscription credits are removed. Credits bought as a one-time pack remain in your account.
Price changes. If we change a price, we will notify you as required by the store, and the new price applies only after you accept it or at the next renewal as the store's rules provide.
Refunds. Purchases are made through Apple or Google and refunds are governed by their policies. If a technical error on our side causes you to lose credits, contact us and we will restore them.

7. Your Photos and Content

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to process, store and display those photos and the images and reports generated from them, solely to provide the App to you. The licence ends when you delete the analysis or your account.
You may use the images and reports generated for you for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your photos and results are not used to train AI models.

8. Photo Rules

You may only upload photos of yourself, or of another adult (18+) who has given you explicit permission. You must not upload:

photos of anyone under 18
photos of any person without their consent
photos of public figures or others used to create misleading, defamatory or harmful content
sexual, violent, illegal or otherwise inappropriate content

You are solely responsible for the photos you upload and for having the rights and consents needed to upload them.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

use the App for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms
present any output as a real photograph or as a genuine medical result
use the App to impersonate, harass, harm, deceive or defame anyone
reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, automate access to, or interfere with the App or its services
resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the App or its output
circumvent credits, payments, age or other controls

10. Your Account and Deletion

The App works with an anonymous account tied to your device; no email or name is required. If you change or reset your device, access to your history may be lost.
You can delete individual analyses or your entire account from inside the App. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone; remaining credits are lost. See the Privacy Policy for what is deleted.

11. Changes to the Service and Termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature or the whole App at any time. Where reasonably possible we will give notice in the App before discontinuing the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or are harming other users or us.

12. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, text, artwork and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any result will meet your expectations. Nothing in this section limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, credits, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the App — including any decision you make based on its content and any dissatisfaction with a real procedure. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your photos, or your misuse of the App or its output.

16. Apple App Store Terms

These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or intellectual property claims.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Where these Terms conflict with Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for the App, that agreement prevails to the extent of the conflict.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute, except that this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law, or of the right to bring a claim before the consumer arbitration committees or courts of your place of residence where the law grants it.

18. General

Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party AI, cloud or payment providers.
Severability. If any provision is found invalid, the rest of these Terms remain in effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the App.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to a successor of the App.
Notices. We may notify you in the App or by the contact details you provide; you may notify us by email.
Language. The English version of these Terms governs. Translations are provided for convenience only.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. For significant changes we will notify you in the App and update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the App and delete your account.
